Life more connected
There’s no place we hold a stronger connection with than home. It’s the place we bring friends and family, and those we trust. The place we put our feet up and where our children will always feel part of – wherever life takes them in the future. It’s these connections that make this place home.
“There’s a beauty of repetition celebrated here, but as you travel, you realise the building façades are dynamic and subtly changing.”Jason Li, Urban Designer

Connected by Design
Through subtle alterations in shape, texture and colour, every home in The Grange Park has been given an appearance that’s uniform, but unique. A bold, tilted frame of the front façades creates an interesting, evolving streetscape. But there’s also more here than initially meets the eye. Elevated living areas provide increased privacy for residents, and increased security for the street. Rear-facing garages create a safe path for pedestrians and cyclists at the front.
