The Master Plan

The Grange Park is a comprehensive, master-planned development that will come to fruition in stages. Already construction is beginning for Phase 1, with stunning terraced houses available for sale now, and due for completion in 2019. This is just the start of it – The Grange Park is a community with over 400 homes and so much more to come.

Connected by Design

Through subtle alterations in shape, texture and colour, every home in The Grange Park has been given an appearance that’s uniform, but unique. A bold, tilted frame of the front façades creates an interesting, evolving streetscape. But there’s also more here than initially meets the eye. Elevated living areas provide increased privacy for residents, and increased security for the street. Rear-facing garages create a safe path for pedestrians and cyclists at the front.

Draw a line from Māngere to East Tamaki, and you’ll find The Grange Park placed right in the middle – perfectly suited for everything you might need. There’s easy access to motorways and transport connections. Middlemore Hospital and the airport are nearby. A multitude of quality education options means families are spoilt for choice. And all set beside the stunning surrounds of Auckland’s most picture-perfect golf course.


Connected by Community

At The Grange Park, the focus is creating a warm, close-knit community. Built on the site of a golf course, the original clubhouse is retained as a shared community space. The urban design has also received special attention, creating a neighbourhood where cyclists and pedestrians enjoy their own pathways, away from cars and heavy traffic. It’s all about producing a safe, friendly environment for all.

New Sun Developments has been specialising in land subdivisions, high-end residential apartments and terrace house developments since 2006. With a proven track record of success, including the much sought-after Scarborough complex and Balfour Apartments in Parnell, Westwood Terrace complex in St Marys Bay, and Vinegar Lane in Ponsonby, the company strives to raise the bar with the creation, quality and reputation of The Grange Park community.

Urban designer – Jason Li

Jason obtained his Master of Architecture from National University of Singapore, and has since gone on to establish an international career. Before coming to New Zealand, he practiced in Singapore, Australia and China, working for developers on many high profile residential and mixed-use developments such as Raffles City Hangzhou and Tianmu Hot Spring Resort. His global perspective and vision for creating homes with strong connections to their community culminated in the winning proposal for The Grange Park.
